Australian Warranty:

Warranty term: One year against defects in workmanship
To initiate a warranty procedure please contct us at, Sparkly Jewellery will bear the total cost of repair / replacement, the consumer will bear the cost of returning the defective item as well as the cost of shipping the replacement
The benefits to the consumer given by the warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under the consumer guarantees.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We at Sparkly are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information you provide during online purchasing to process your online orders only. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Sparkly may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to either comply with law, enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or protect the rights, property or safety of Sparkly Jewellery, our users, or others. 
We want you to be satisfied with your order from Sparkly, and we will gladly exchange or refund any items that are damaged were purchased within 60 days of receipt.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, please email us and we will facilitate any necessary returns.
All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. We ship orders to all Australian States via Australia Post or Courier.  We also offer the following expedited shipping options within Australia:
- Australia Standard Postage 
- Express post within Australia
- Registered post 
We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large and commercial orders. Express delivery will incur additional charges, depending on the total weight of the order. Please choose when checking out if you require express shipping.
We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name.
Shipping Timeframe
Most orders are processed and dispatched within one working day of the order being placed. Please allow 5-15 working days for your order to be delivered.

How do I find out my Ring Size?
Varying ring systems are used across the world.  The USA (most common) use a numbering system ranging from 5-13, Australia and the UK use an alphabetical range from H-Z and the EU use the measurement of the inner circumference of the ring (ie circumference = 52mm, the ring size is 52).
Rings at Sparkly are predominately measured using the US system (numerical).
The most accurate way to determine your ring size is to pop into your local jeweller and get them to measure your finger.
Another alternative is to measure one of your existing rings.
Tip - If you are ordering a wide band, it is best to get one size up, as it will be more comfortable.

How do I pay for my Jewellery? 
All prices are in Australian Dollars.  Transactions are made through PayPal.  It's free to join.
Sparkly also accepts payments using Credit Cards and Direct Deposit.  
Is there a minimum order requirement?
At Sparkly there is no minimum order requirement required. 
When can I expect to receive my jewellery?
Once your order has been accepted, jewellery will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.  If however, a particular item is not in stock you will be notified by email/SMS of its delivery date. 
Overdue Accounts
In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs. If payment is not finalized within 24 hours, this account will be sent to our collection agency and their costs will be added to the debt.
